"iorio" brick masonry construction method
Prefabricated panels consisting of concrete-joined hollow clay bricks are used in this method; both surfaces of panels are lined with coat of concrete into which various materials (crushed colored stone, marble, mosaique, etc) can be incorporated for decorative purpose; using 22 cm thick panels, buildings of 30 and more stories have been erected without any reinforced concrete framework.
