Rotation compatibility in limit design of reinforced concrete continuous beams
Relationship between plastic adaptability and rotation compatibility is outlined, expressing conveniently both inelastic rotations and rotation capacities of critical sections; it is concluded that compatibility requirement implies only limited adaptability to be used in design of concrete structures.
