Concrete dam is 260 ft. long on top and 40 ft. high above normal river bed; water is led from dam by means of main pipe line to point above power house, where distributor feeds two penstocks, one for each turbine; turbines are of Francis spiral-case type with rotors overhung on ends of hoizontal shafts.
