Six buildings form rectangular boxes arranged around courtyard which is laid out with ornamental pools and platforms and in which are erected 5 impressive arched towers each 100 ft high, in U S Science Pavilion built for Seattle Fair held in 1962; constructions are of precision-made prestressed precast concrete of high quality, combining modern slender components with Gothic principles of architecture, and are outstanding examples of decorative concrete.
