Cement consisting of blend of portland cement of high and low tricalcium aluminate content with expansive component made by grinding clinker of calcium alumino sulfate composition was used to prestress high tensile strength steel in tension creating designed degrees of precompression in concrete; 4 pressure pipes, 3 beams, one 2-way and one 1-way reinforced slabs and one hyperbolic paraboloid thin shell, all self stressed by chemical prestressing were manufactured and tested.
