Steel truss bridge carrying double trackrailroad, consists of 4 spans of 347 ft 6 in., 2 spans of 445 ft 1 in. and 3 spans of 147 ft and is designed for Cooper's E.60 loading; foundation of most piers constructed by caissons of reinforced concrete; piers above low water are of plain concrete; caisson sinking and erection of superstructure.
