Cement stone as means for constructing pressure piles, tension piles, and pile walls
Anchor piles obtained by injection of pure cement slurry under pressure into previously bored holes show extremely high adherence to sandy soil and resistance to extraction, presumably due to formation of several millimeter thick layer of cemented sand grains around pile surface; cement slurry gave similarly good results in pressure piles and jointless pile walls used for retaining walls, bridge piers, lock walls, and similar structures.
