First structures made of light-weight concrete in West Germany; experience gained in building of 3 m wide and 152.80 m long pedestrian bridge over harbor entrance at Wiesbaden-Schierstein is dealt with; of 96.20 m long spanned arch, center section of 65 m in length was constructed in light-weight prestressed concrete LB 300 using Dywidag cantilever system.
