Methods of financing projects are discussed with special reference to revenues from service charges and to loans secured by revenue; fundamental considerations in computation of charge for sewage disposal service relate to three principal kinds of sewage for which service is rendered -- sanitary or domestic sewage, storm water, and trade waste; methods of evaluating these services in terms of rate of charge.
