Cotton and rubber make possible new economic high speed construction technique, currently being demonstrated for first time on Defense Homes Corp project at Falls Church, Va; new construction method employs use of inflatable rubberized fabric form or balloon, over which concrete is shot pneumatically to form basic shell for building; balloons may be made in shape of hemisphere or semi-cylinder, in any practical size desired; farm buildings and city dwellings can be built by process.
