Resistance of structures to weapons effects
Inherent resistance of conventional structures to combined nuclear weapons effects of fire, blast, and nuclear radiation; 26 structural plans considered indicated generally good level of nuclear radiation resistance; blast analyses indicated that inherent minimum overpressure resistance varied from approximately 0 to 2 psi; with minor changes, thermal resistance could be upgraded, and blast resistance brought up to level of approximately 10 psi.
