Short duration adaptation to comfortable temperatures
Study to determine effects of varying temperatures on thermal comfort at different times during period of exposure; test subjects, 360 male and 360 female college students, ranged in age from 18 to 23; nine dry bulb temperatures, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, 78, 80 and 82 F at each of eight RH, 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 67, 75 and 85%, constituted 72 experimental conditions.
