Projects planned by Corps of Engineers on lower Brazos, Tex, have primary function of flood control and will also provide power and conservation storage; three proposed dams will be approximately 80 ft high, of earth fill type; drainage areas are 13,560, 14,035 and 16,410 sq mi, respectively; total primary energy is estimated to be 116,000,000 kw-hr; all plants are centrally controlled.
