Water seepage problem at Titan I site at Larson Air Force Base was solved by use of chemical grout of extremely low viscosity (3 centipoise) injected into vertical and horizontal void passages outside of tunnel; chemicals are mixed in injection nozzle to avoid gel in hoses; under certain conditions, chemical grout is extremely effective, as demonstrated by this Titan facility.
