Terminal will be able to accommodate tankers of over 40,000 tons; project comprises jetty of precast, post-tensioned concrete, with mass concrete berthing head dolphins, marine terminal facilities, bunkering tanks, balancing tank farm, and 60 mi pipe line of 18 in. diam; 15 ton precast beam units in jetty which comprises 1350 ft shore arm and 2500 ft length of trunkway with outer mooring dolphins.
