Construction of 1840 ft of seawall, including return wall at Folly Beach, near Charleston, SC, to protect planned buildings and boardwalk; seawall was constructed of prestressed sheet piles which were supported 4 ft 6 in. from top by prestressed wale; wale is tied to anchor piles at 12 ft centers using prestressed tie beams.
