Anti-seismic design of high-rise building in Djakarta
In dynamic analysis method, seismic design forces are assumed on basis of seismicity in region and of subsoil characteristics of site, and primary structural design is carried out for these assumed seismic forces; framework designed is then analyzed by electronic computer to detect how it will respond to some earthquake spectra recorded in past, and is adjusted in accordance with results of computer analysis.
