The assessment of fire damaged concrete
AbstractThe assessment of fire-damaged concrete and masonry to determine whether a structure is still structurally sound depends largely on accurately determining the maximum temperature distribution within the damaged structure. The merits and limitations of various techniques for the assessment of fire-damaged concrete were discussed. It has been shown that TL test is more sensitive than other techniques in the detection of fire damage.
