Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer eine Anschlussfuge (4) zwischen einer Wand (5) und einem Bodenbelag (6) abdeckenden Abschlussleiste (1) mit einer einen Wandschenkel (2) bildenden Halterung, die wenigstens einen nach oben vorstehenden in eine nach unten offene Nut (10) der Abschlussleiste (1) eingreifenden Haltesteg (9) zur Klemmaufnahme der Abschlussleiste (1) aufweist, und mit zwei seitlich am Wandschenkel (2) angesetzten, gegen die Stirnseite (7) des Bodenbelags (6) vorstehenden, blattfederartigen Spreizarmen (3) beschrieben. Um vorteilhafte Befestigungsbedingungen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Halterung einen aus dem Wandschenkel (2) ausgestanzten, durch einen bodenseitigen unteren Rand (13) und zwei von diesem unteren Rand ausgehenden Seitenrändern (14) begrenzten Wandsteg (12) umfasst, dessen unterer Rand (13) mit gegen die Wand (5) vorstehenden Krallen (17) versehen ist, und dass der Wandsteg (12) mit Höhenabstand zum unteren Rand (13) eine vom Wandschenkel (2) vorstehende Anlaufnase (15) für die Abschlussleiste (1) aufweist.
