The present invention is a one piece precast box culvert with headwall unit having a culvert portion, back wall and an apron. In one preferred embodiment there are side 5 walls extending outwardly from the end wall. The one piece precast box culvert with headwall unit can form a module and a plurality of modules can be positioned next to each other to provide a wider passageway for stormwater. Figure 1
