The present invention relates to a door apparatus for an automatic door or semi-automatic door, and more particularly, to a door apparatus for an automatic door or semi-automatic door, capable of both preventing the automatic door and semi-automatic door from escaping and of maintaining air-tightness between indoor and outdoor areas. That is, the present invention relates to a door apparatus for an automatic door or semi-automatic door, which is configured in that an air-tightness frame is detachably assembled to the top, bottom, and both side ends of the automatic door, and an air-tightness structure is built into a bottom surface contacting a lower end of a sliding door of the automatic door such that the air-tightness frame can be inserted into the structure in an air-tight manner. Thus, a gap between an indoor and an outdoor area is eliminated so as to achieve improved air-tightness for blocking drafts, noise, and the like, and to prevent the sliding door from vibrating or escaping.
