The present invention relates to a prefabricated formwork for constructing concrete paved roads having easy assembly, installation and disassembly and can be repeatedly reused, wherein coupling pieces (11, 11') are provided in a tapered manner at both the upper and lower ends so as to be butt coupled, fixing rod insertion holes (14, 14', 14") are perforated at the upper central portion and the both coupling pieces, a space is formed at the back inside of a formwork (100) and a plurality of fastening grooves (12, 12') are protruded therein, a plurality of protrusions (13, 13') formed on finishing plates (10, 10') are inserted into the fastening grooves (12, 12'), the formwork (100) comprising an inclined piece (15) formed at the front upper end is injection molded with a synthetic resin material, and fixing rods (20, 20', 20") are respectively inserted into the fixing rod insertion holes (14, 14', 14") formed at the formwork (100), thereby enabling fixing on the ground.
