Disclosed are a precast modular concrete wall panel, system thereof and method of construction. It comprises a rectangular body, having a first face (110a), a second face (110b), an upper end (102a) and a lower end (120b). An upper slot (130) is formed along the upper end, and first and second slots (140) are respectively formed along the first and second sides. The body has a concrete structure with a plurality of steel bars therein for reinforcement. A precast modular concrete wall panel system is formed by a plurality of the wall panels. A method for constructing a building with the precaste modular concrete wall panel system is also provided. The efficiency of fabrication is improved by using the precast modular concrete wall panels.
