A shutter door-type load regulating apparatus (1) and a marine power electric generator apparatus applying same. The shutter door-type load regulating apparatus (1) comprises a water-guiding unit (11), a drum shaft (12), and an actuator (13). The water-guiding unit (11) comprises at least two water-guiding plates (111) connected in parallel. The drum shaft (12) is fixedly connected to one extremity of the water-guiding unit (11). The actuator (13) is connected to the drum shaft (12). The actuator (13) actuates the drum shaft (12) into rotation to either expand or collapse the water-guiding unit (11). The shutter door-type load regulating apparatus (1) is capable of regulating a load applied to a hydraulic turbine; therefore, electricity generated by the marine power electric generator apparatus can be outputted smoothly and used directly, thus solving the problem of large fluctuations in electricity generation power output and poor stability of a conventional marine power electric generator apparatus.
