An upright post 4 is fixed with a portable clamp to a post 12 (which may be made from timber) upon which a display board 14 is mounted. The bracket 8 is positioned at shoulder height and screwed to the post 12. The flag 10 may bear s indicia and preferably flutters in front of the board 14 (for example, about 100-200 mm) and may extend above and below the top of the board 14 about 300-500mm each way. The flag 10 may be sized to be about a third to two-thirds the length of the board 14 and/or the post 12. The flag 10 may be hung on the rod 6 which may extend inclined to the horizontal or preferably substantially horizontal.
