The moveable plow (16) comprises a body (20) and a wearable lip (22). The body forms a curl (28) at its top edge (38) along substantially the entire body width to channel the flow of sand (40) outwardly. The lip (22) is removably affixed to the body (20) and contacts a rail (50). The moveable plow (16) is attached to a bogie (18) by a pneumatically operated height adjusting mechanism that can raise or lower the moveable plow (16). The moveable plow (16) and rail (50) define a sweep angle (0) equal to or greater than an angle of repose (a) of the sand (40) in the surrounding environment. dab
