The wall plate comprises two contiguous cutouts (4, 5) that are separated by a tongue (6) and are intended to receive the fixing elements (11, 12) for the stretched sheets (2, 3), each cutout having a bottom, an internal side wall forming the tongue and an external side wall, each external side wall defining a peripheral flange of the wall plate.
