The invention relates to a jalousie window device comprising at least first (16) and second (18) louvers that pivot about a common axis (X) between a position in which the two louvers (16, 18) overlap and a position in which the louvers (16, 18) are angularly spaced apart about the common axis, which is embodied by a first connection journal and a first connection bearing that are rigidly connected to the first louver and each intended to engage with a second louver. Preferably, the first louver (16) is at least partially translucent and the second louver (18) is opaque.
