The invention relates to a deck for temporary attachment to scaffold, the deck having a platform and locking devices to fix the platform onto ledgers and standards of the scaffold, wherein the deck further includes a ladder mounted to a carrier beneath the platform, the ladder being arranged to move from a stored position under the platform to a deployed condition whereby a user is able to climb the ladder and step up onto the platform. The invention also relates to a deck which has a platform formed of a main body with side members, the distance between the side members being adjustable to vary the length of the platform, and locking devices to fix the platform onto the ledgers and standards of scaffold.
