A trampoline including: a frame adapted to rest on the ground or be mounted on a plurality of spaced apart legs; a jumping mat mounted to said frame; a plurality of poles extending upwards from said frame; a cover extending between said poles above said jumping mat said cover including a flexible sheet having a peripheral passage about the periphery of the flexible sheet, one or more transverse passages extending across the flexible sheet from diametrically opposed points along the peripheral passage and attachment means for attaching the flexible sheet to the poles; and a flexible frame assembly including one or more peripheral frame portions each or together extending about the periphery of the flexible sheet through the peripheral passage and one or more transverse frame portions extending from the one or more peripheral frame portions at the opposed points across the flexible sheet through the one or more transverse passages, the length of the transverse frame portions being such that they form an arch above the mat.
