A fabric guide structure of a roller blind comprises an outer rail, an inner guide rail, and a fixing seat. The inner guide rail is disposed in the outer rail. The inner guide rail has a length less than that of the outer rail and is slidable in the outer rail, thereby defining a buffer space. The fixing seat is detachably disposed in the outer rail, and has a length corresponding to that of the buffer space, thereby stopping slide of the inner guide rail. The inner guide rail is provided with a first guide groove having two open ends. The fixing seat is provided with a second guide groove having two open ends. The second guide groove corresponds in position to the first guide groove. In the beginning of installing the roller blind, the fixing seat is temporarily not placed in the outer rail so that the installer can adjust the fabric in the buffer space to enter the first guide groove smoothly, and then the fixing seat is placed in the outer rail to complete the installation.
