Abstract A Bond Beam Ventilation Pipe comprising a plastic tube made from 10mm black ploy pipe, the plastic tube is inserted into top of bond beam blocks and through a plastic Bond Beam Plug before core-filling into every hollow cavity of block wall, the pipe allows heat to escape through the bond beam which reduces the heat build-up in walls.
