A toilet hygiene gel dispenser comprising: a hand deformable bottle containing a flowable hygiene gel; a nozzle covering an outlet of the deformable bottle the nozzle having at least one outlet with at one or members arranged thereabout; and a cap dimensioned for placement over the nozzle, the cap including at least one sealing member extending from an inner surface thereof for closing the at least one outlet of the nozzle to thereby prevent gel contained within the bottle from drying; wherein in use upon squeezing the bottle the gel flows through the at least one outlet of the nozzle to be deposited on the surface in a pattern corresponding to the arrangement of the one or more members.
