An elongate roll formed door guide member (7) that in cross-section transitions from a base (16) into side walls (18) to define a channel cross section. Each side wall transitions into a flat or bent lip region (20) at the mouth of the channel. From each flat or bent lip region it returns into the channel towards, but spaced from, the base and between the walls the spacing of the return.
