SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PAVING FLAME RETARDANT CROP STRAW/TIMBER COMPOSITE BOARD
The present invention discloses a system and method for paving a flame-retardant crop straw/timber composite board, the paving system comprises an upper surface layer molding 5 sieve, a core layer molding sieve, a lower surface layer molding sieve and a molding belt conveyer, the molding belt conveyer is located above the upper surface layer molding sieve and the lower surface layer molding sieve, the core layer molding sieve is located between the upper surface layer molding sieve and the lower surface layer molding sieve, a steel backing plate is placed on the molding belt conveyer, the end of the molding belt conveyer is close to an 10 accelerating belt conveyer, the middle part of the accelerating belt conveyer is equipped with a photoelectrical switch, and a screw conveyer is disposed between the molding belt conveyer and the accelerating belt conveyer. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of good surface finish, simple treatment of plate decorative surfaces, low processing cost, high resistance to deformation of plates, simple paving process, less occupied 15 area, low design and manufacturing costs, and good fireproof performance of plates.
