The present invention discloses a helical pile with segmented pressure grouting, including a helical pile body and a grouting device. The helical pile body includes a first center steel shaft and helical blades disposed on an outer wall of the first center steel shaft. 5 The first center steel shaft is of a hollow structure with a sealed bottom. Steel shaft grout outlets are further disposed on the first center steel shaft. Bowel-shaped grout stopping plugs are respectively disposed at two ends of the grouting device. Grouting device grout outlets are disposed on the grouting device. The present invention further provides a grouting process using the helical pile with segmented pressure grouting. The present 10 invention can fast perform segmented grouting. Before grouting, a shell material is not needed, and hole drilling is not needed. After grouting, the helical pile can also be used as a part of ground to share an upper portion load. The helical pile can also be fast screwed out and repeatedly used.
