PROTECTIVE COATING COMPOSITE COATING STRUCTURE FOR CONCRETE IN DRY AND WET ALTERNATE AREA, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a protective coating composite coating structure for concrete in a dry and wet alternate area, and a preparation method thereof. Structure: the composite coating includes a silane impregnation layer, an epoxy primer layer, a putty layer, an epoxy intermediate coat layer and a finishing coat layer which are arranged sequentially from inside to outside. Method: surface treatment on a concrete matrix, including basic treatment, light treatment and heavy treatment; and coating: coating a surface of the concrete matrix with a pasty silane impregnant to form the silane impregnation layer, coating a surface of the silane impregnation layer with epoxy primer to form the epoxy primer layer, filling defects on a surface of the epoxy primer layer with putty to form the putty layer, coating a surface of the putty layer with epoxy intermediate coat to form the epoxy intermediate coat layer, and coating a surface of the epoxy intermediate coat layer with finishing coat to form the finishing coat layer. The structure can realize long-time protection of the concrete in the dry and wet alternate area, and can ensure that the service life of concrete engineering meets, even exceeds the design requirement. By the method, the corrosion resistance of the concrete can be improved, and people's requirement on long-term corrosion prevention of the concrete structure can be met.
