Our invention "IWNA-Village Sanitation" is a small-sized sanitation vehicle with a self discharging function and the small-sized sanitation vehicle comprises a vehicle head and a vehicle frame wherein a support frame body is arranged on the vehicle frame. The IWNA-Village Sanitation is a garbage, dumped, one or two sanitation workers pushes or push the compartment to the turnover position; because a turnover axle center is close to the center-of-gravity position of the compartment the compartment can be turned over easily and inclines downwards, and the garbage in the compartment slides downwards by the aid of the gravity. The invented technology is also labor are saved, and the labor intensity of the sanitation workers is reduced and a sanitation device includes a mobile body a surface cleaning component, and a source of UV radiation. The invented technology also the surface cleaning component and the source of UV radiation are mounted to the mobile body, which is configured to travel over a surface. The surface cleaning component is configured to engage the surface and the source of UV radiation is configured to direct UV radiation to the surface.
