A WINDOW LATCH Abstract A window latch (10) to be attached to a member (11) of a window assembly, to prevent relative movement between two portions of the window assembly, such as, movement of a pivoted or slidable window panel relative to the window frame. The latch (10) includes a base (13) that is fixed to the member (11) and an actuator (19) mounted on the base for angular movement relative thereto about an actuator axis (24).
