Process for producing thermoplastic sheets
The present invention abstract relates to a process for producing thermoplastic sheets, which may be smooth and/or corrugated like tiles, containing new polymers or polymer waste, which may be pure and/or composed of various plastics that may or may not be chemically compatible, optionally with natural/industrial/mineral/animal fillers, used alone and/or combined in up to 80%, by means of a process of lamination, in the form of a monolayer or multilayers, using various plasticising mechanisms, and also allowing for the introduction between layers and/or on the surface of rigid or flexible bodies for the purpose of structural strengthening and/or coating surfaces, comprising an extruder (1) which delivers a large volume of plastic mass to the lamination line (2).
