Concave and convex metal plate and floor heating system using same
A concave and convex metal plate for a floor heating system of the present invention is bent to consecutively form concave parts and convex parts and thus transmits a load from the top of a finishing material to a floor slab. The concave and convex metal plate is bent to consecutively form the concave parts and convex parts and thus exhibits notably enhanced resistance against a load from the top, thereby transmitting a load from the top of a finishing material to a floor slab and functioning as a floor structural material capable of sufficiently bearing the load. A floor heating system of the present invention comprises: a heat insulating material preventing heat from heating elements from being transferred toward a floor slab; a lower heat diffusion plate positioned on the heat insulating material and allowing the heat conducted from the heating elements to be transferred in the horizontal direction; a concave and convex metal plate which is positioned on the lower heat diffusion plate and in which the heating elements are stored; the heating elements stored in the concave parts of the concave and convex metal plate; and an upper heat diffusion plate positioned on the concave and convex metal plate and transferring the heat, conducted from the heating elements, in the horizontal direction and to a finishing material.
