Ballastless turnout fastener system
A ballastless turnout fastener system, comprising: a railroad tie plate (1), being a flat plate structure, the upper surface thereof being provided with an iron base; an under-plate elastic cushion layer (2), being a flat plate structure and located below the railroad tie plate (1); an under-rail elastic cushion layer (3), located between the upper surface of the railroad tie plate (1) and a steel rail (8); a heightening tie plate (4), being a flat plate structure and located below the under-plate elastic cushion layer (2); turnout tie bolts (5), sequentially penetrating through through holes at the two ends of the railroad tie plate (1), the under-plate elastic cushion layer (2), and the heightening tie plate (4) and then being fixed to a turnout tie, and the rigidity of the under-rail elastic cushion layer (3) being greater than that of the under-plate elastic cushion layer (2); a track gauge block (6), provided between the iron base and a rail limb of the steel rail (8); and an elastic strip (7), fixed on the iron base and fastened and pressed on the track gauge block (6). The fastener system satisfies a requirement for low rigidity of a turnout zone, and can ensure safe and reliable line operation; moreover, manufacturing costs and later maintenance costs of the fastener system are reduced.

A ballastless turnout fastener system, comprising: a railroad tie plate (1), being a flat plate structure, the upper surface thereof being provided with an iron base; an under-plate elastic cushion layer (2), being a flat plate structure and located below the railroad tie plate (1); an under-rail elastic cushion layer (3), located between the upper surface of the railroad tie plate (1) and a steel rail (8); a heightening tie plate (4), being a flat plate structure and located below the under-plate elastic cushion layer (2); turnout tie bolts (5), sequentially penetrating through through holes at the two ends of the railroad tie plate (1), the under-plate elastic cushion layer (2), and the heightening tie plate (4) and then being fixed to a turnout tie, and the rigidity of the under-rail elastic cushion layer (3) being greater than that of the under-plate elastic cushion layer (2); a track gauge block (6), provided between the iron base and a rail limb of the steel rail (8); and an elastic strip (7), fixed on the iron base and fastened and pressed on the track gauge block (6). The fastener system satisfies a requirement for low rigidity of a turnout zone, and can ensure safe and reliable line operation; moreover, manufacturing costs and later maintenance costs of the fastener system are reduced.
