An Environment-Friendly Rapid Consolidation System And Consolidation Method For Sludge In A Sludge Discharge Field
Abstract of Descriptions An environment-friendly rapid consolidation system and consolidation method for sludge in a sludge discharge field, in particular to implant the grouting floral tubes with external binding mold bags into the foundation of the sludge discharge field, implant the vertical drainage tubes around the tube, and the orifice elevation of the grouting floral tube and the drainage tube is higher than the surface elevation of the sludge stacking; after the sludge discharge is completed, start from the grouting floral tube of the boundary, pour into the slurry in sequence according to the sequence, the pouring pressure increases step by step, the mold bag slowly expands to the design diameter, and squeezes the sludge radially; the sludge slurry in the mold bag is consolidated rapidly under the pressure. The free water of the slurry in the mold bag and the super quiet pore water generated by the squeeze of the sludge are discharged to the surface through the vertical drainage tube, and then discharged to the outside through the horizontal drainage tube to realize rapid consolidation. The application overcomes the problems of traditional sludge consolidation methods such as long consolidation time, complex process, high requirements for auxiliary measures, difficulty in subsequent cleaning, poor economy and environmental protection. It has the characteristics of short consolidation time, high environmental protection, simple equipment and technology and low construction cost.
