The invention discloses a supporting and connecting device for prefabricated wall panel of prefabricated structure. The device consists of a stable structure fixed to the prefabricated wall panel, a bracket fixed to the ground and a support rod set between the stable structure and the bracket. A housing is removably attached to the outer side of the rotating disc. A groove is provided in the rotating disc, a rack is provided in the groove, a spring is provided between the rack and the bottom of the groove, and the rack is provided with serrations facing downwards. A lifting plate is provided inside the housing which engages the rack, the lifting plate is provided with serrations facing downwards. The contact surface between the lifting plate and the rack is provided with serrations facing in the opposite direction. The invention can effectively solve the problem that the prefabricated wall panels cannot be installed due to the positioning deviation of the inclined support, and at the same time. With the mutual engagement of the teeth on the rack and the lifting plate, the straightening effect of the prefabricated wall panels can be achieved by pressing down on the support rod and locking its position, which improves the installation efficiency and accelerates the construction progress on site.
