IoT BASED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR RAINWATER HARVESTING AND STORAGE BY CONVERTING IT TO DRINKABLE WATER
The present disclosure relates to an IoT based method and system for rainwater harvesting and storage by converting it to drinkable water. The disclosure provides a sustainable and cost-effective technology which can purify the natural water into two stages. The harvested rain water is kept in a glass tank where harmful bacteria are killed by increasing the temperature of water by sun rays. In the inlet and outlet of the glass tank, an IoT based temperature sensor is used which helps in maintain the water flow according to the temperature. After this first stage the water is purified by passing thorough a ceramic coated PVC pipe. After the purification the water is tested for its chemical properties such as alkaline value, pH value, chlorides, sulphates, nitrate, iron, pesticides etc. The aim of this disclosure is to provide cleaner and consumable water for almost every household. a Q, aq ry5 ro5
