FLOATING EVAPORATION CONTROL AND SHADING DEVICE A floating evaporation control device 10 has a flotation frame 20 to maintain a buoyancy of the device. The flotation frame has a first member 21; a second member 22 spaced apart from the first member 21; an intermediate member 23 spanning between and connecting the first and second members 21, 22; and an elongate panel 30 attached to the flotation frame 20. The elongate panel 30 has a first end 31 and a second end 32. The first member 21 is attached and sealed to the first end 31. The second member 22 is attached and sealed to the second end 32. The intermediate member 23 is attached and sealed to the elongate panel 30. Thereby a first and a second cavity is defined when the device 10 is floating on a body of water to reduce or eliminate a flow of air into each cavity.
