The rolling assembly includes a housing, a shaft, an end connector, a sealed fixing element, a spring, and a fixed part. The shaft is disposed in the housing. The housing includes an inner wall including a plurality of ribs disposed at intervals. The shaft includes a first end and a second end. The first end is rotatably disposed through the end connector and secured to one of the two brackets.
