The hinge axis of the hinge arrangement is adapted, near or adjacent the closed position, to move at least a door portion (21ai) of two adjacent edges of the door relative to corresponding and adjacent jamb portions of an edge of the door jamb between overlapping and non-overlapping positions. The door is adapted to move vertically relative to the door jamb.
