Welded rail
This welded rail according to one aspect of the present invention is provided with: a plurality of rail parts that each have a head section and a pillar section and each have a height h; and a welding joint part that joins the rail parts. The rail parts each have a predetermined chemical composition. The HAZ width of the welding joint part is not more than 60 mm. Regarding the welding joint part, in a region located from 0 to (2/3)×h from a head top part outline surface and within ±5 mm in a longitudinal direction from the welding center in a cross section passing through the center of the welding joint part and in parallel with a longitudinal direction and a vertical direction of the welded rail, the area percentage of martensite structures is 0.0006-0.1000%. In said region, the number of martensite structures having a particle size of 20-200 μm is 3-80.
