This outer wall (2) of a building comprises a plurality of spaced apart vertical frames (7), an outer board (12) provided on the outer surfaces (7A) of the plurality of vertical frames (7), an outer insulating material (13) provided on the outer surface of the outer board (12), and outer wall panels (14) provided on the vertical frames (7) with at least one support member (15) therebetween. The support member (15) is fixed to the vertical frames (7) via the outer board (12). The outer wall panels (14) are fixed to the support member (15) via support metal fixtures.
